쉽게 말하면

인물이 카메라 쪽으로 오거나 멀어져도 초점을 계속 그 인물에 맞춰 따라간다. 얕은 심도에서도 주인공이 흐려지지 않는다.

언제 쓰나요

얕은 심도로 걸어오는 인물이나 다가오는 차를 찍을 때. 랙 포커스는 초점 대상을 바꾸고, 팔로우 포커스는 같은 대상을 계속 지킨다.
