In the last 0.5 seconds of A, put "fast whip pan to the right, heavy motion blur". In the first 0.5 seconds of B, put "whip pan arriving from the left, blur settles". Be sure the directions match. Cut in the middle of the two blurred sections and add a whoosh sound effect.
Two-shot sequence: Shot 1, a street musician plays guitar at a market and the camera whip pans fast to the right in the last half second with heavy motion blur; Shot 2 starts blurred, a whip pan arriving from the left, the blur settling on a rooftop terrace at sunset, 3 seconds each. Add a quick whoosh at the blur midpoint.
